Ryan Hart

Owner and head trainer at CrossFit Indulto. Ryan have been using CrossFit methodologies in his personal training for the past 5 years and has been training CrossFit athletes for the past 3 years. Ryan is a Level 1 Certified CrossFit trainer as well as having attended the CrossFit Gymnastic seminar hosted by Jeff Tucker.

Ryan has competed in CrossFit competitions since 2010. Ryan has qualified and competed in the CrossFit Dirty South Regionals since 2010 and competed 2011 (Individual) and 2012 (with team Paragon).

“I had just joined CrossFit East Cobb in January 2010 after doing CrossFit
on my own at the local GloboGym for the past 2 years. One of the trainers talked me into joining him in competing at the 2010 Rumble at the Rock (Stone Mountain) Sectional. I was terrified that I was going to embarrass myself but ended up with an 11th place finish. Unfortunately my family and I had already planned a trip to Disney World the same weekend as Regionals so my first Regional appearance had to be postponed until 2011.”

Ryan has a strong belief in the core values of the CrossFit trianing method and has used them to train anyone from 7 years old (his daughters: Maisie Hart and Ally Hart, now 13 and 18) to 60+ year old athletes. Ryan has also run sport specific programs for local high school athletes from Walton and Lassiter High schools. Sprorts including Volleyball, Baseball and Lacrosse.

Ryan’s primary focus is to provide an exciting, fun, safe and high intensity training environment for athletes to learn, experience, compete and evolve with the “Sport of Fitness”. “Lets Get it”…

Laura Hart

Laura has been CrossFitting for 4 years and coaching for 3. She found CrossFit when a hand injury side-lined her from her practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, instead of rolling on the mat she discovered jumping in and out of tires; sprinting; and lunging, and has been hooked ever since!

Laura is a mom and wife who did not grow up playing sports. The need to workout began as an answer to a very real problem.

“I was a 26 year old, old woman! 5 years after my daughter was born I still had the “baby weight”; I couldn’t get through the day without a nap; and I my body hurt from a lack of inactivity. I was unable to be a good wife or mom simply because my body was failing me. Luckily I had the support of a man who understood the necessity of movement and who also understood how hard it could be to get started, it was Ryan who suggested I try classes to keep motivated and eliminate the need to think of my own workouts.”

Fast forward 3 years, not able to do Jiu Jitsu for 6 months I was depressed and out of shape again when the same amazing husband offered to make up some workouts I could do regardless of my full arm cast, hello CrossFit!”Laura understands how beneficial it was to have some one to inspire, motivate and support her and can only hope she can offer that to everyone who steps through the door of Indulto.

Nick Repas

Originally from Bel Air, MD Nick moved to Atlanta after taking a job out of school in 2010. While in Atlanta he found his passion for CrossFit and it’s become an obsession. Everyday there is something to work and improve on, always keeping you hungry. CrossFit means more to him than just working out, it’s a lifestyle.

Nick has always been into fitness and was your typical “meat-head” while in college at DeSales University. At DSU he studied Sport Management and Marketing and played 4 years of baseball.  As a captain of the baseball team he designed their off season lifting regimen to get the team in the best shape possible… Only if he had known about CrossFit! DSU led Nick into his internship at Ripken Baseball where he had the opportunity to work with some of the greatest players to play the game while getting a great coaching experience. He was one of the lead instructors for the infield camp alongside of the ironman himself, Cal Ripken.

A few weeks before Nick moved to Atlanta he had done a handful of CrossFit WODs at the local globo gym with a buddy and was hooked. The first thing he did when I made the move was to find the closest CrossFit box which was CF East Cobb. After being humbled by his first real WOD, he knew this was the place for him. CFEC introduced me to a bunch of functional movements he have never done before and he picked them up pretty quickly which he credits to his athletic background. Playing sports his whole life he missed that competitive edge and that’s exactly what CrossFit fulfilled. He started going to local competitions to see how he matched up against other athletes. Nick trained at CFEC for about 2 years then followed his training partner and coach at CFEC (Ryan) to CrossFit Indulto. There Nick shadowed the coaches for a few months then got his Level 1 Certification in August 2012 and began to start coaching classes. Coaching has been such a rewarding experience as seeing people change their lives for the better outweighs any paycheck or award he’s received in his life.
